Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased and honored to invite you to the International Peri-Implantitis 2026, which will be organized with the support of the Turkish Society of Periodontology and the contributions of Inonu University in Malatya, a city that continues its determined recovery process following the major earthquake.
Throughout its more than half-century-long history, the Turkish Society of Periodontology has made significant contributions to the development of the field of periodontology through meetings based on scientific continuity and professional solidarity. The main theme of our meeting has been designated as Peri-Implantitis. Within the scope of the program, the etiopathogenesis, risk factors, diagnostic approaches, and current classifications of peri-implantitis, as well as surgical and non-surgical treatment options, regenerative and reconstructive approaches, and long-term clinical outcomes will be discussed in a comprehensive manner.
Within this scientific framework, we aim to bring together distinguished speakers who have conducted pioneering work in the field of peri-implantitis at the international level, together with experienced academicians and clinicians from our country. The sessions will be structured to allow advanced and interactive discussions in which current literature and clinical experience are integrated.
In addition to the scientific content, we also attach importance to this meeting serving as an academic and social support for Malatya during its post-earthquake recovery process. We believe that our meeting will be a meaningful gathering that strengthens solidarity and unity beyond scientific exchange.
We would be very pleased to welcome you to the International Peri-Implantitis 2026, which will be held on May 1–2, 2026, at the Mövenpick Malatya Hotel.
Sincerely,
