The official language of the meeting is English. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided throughout the meeting.

The distance of the meeting venue from Erhaç Airport is 28 km.
EXHIBITION AND DISPLAY AREAS
The exhibition and display areas will be open to participants between 09:00 and 19:00 on May 1–2, 2026.
INVITATION LETTER
An invitation letter will be sent upon request to participants who are required to obtain permission from their institutions to attend the meeting.
NAME BADGE
All participants and accompanying persons are required to wear the name badges provided during registration in order to access the meeting venue, exhibition areas, and social activities.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
A digital certificate of attendance will be provided to all registered participants on May 2, 2026.
